Scott is a Partner at Wise Rhino Group. He began his career in financial consulting before transitioning into mergers and acquisitions within the insurance brokerage industry. With hands on experience across more than 350 acquisitions, Scott brings a buyer’s perspective and a deep understanding of transaction dynamics that delivers meaningful insight to clients navigating complex sale processes.

Since joining Wise Rhino Group, Scott has led valuations and sell side engagements for more than 20 Third Party Administration and actuarial firms. Along the way, he has developed a strong appreciation for the retirement industry, even if he is still working to fully understand what “testing a plan” actually means. Scott’s true passion lies in building trusted relationships with entrepreneurs and guiding them through the process of scaling and successfully transitioning their businesses.

Scott lives in Orlando, Florida with his wife Kristal and their two young daughters. Outside of deal making, Scott also offers free Disney vacation consulting for his clients at no additional cost.
