Rob Klobukowski is Director of Institutional Integrations at PenChecks Trust, where he leads the development of the PenChecks API - the integration layer connecting internal systems and external partner platforms through a secure, standards-based architecture. He also leads strategic initiatives to automate and scale PenChecks' internal infrastructure, helping the company operate more efficiently as it grows.

With over two decades of IT and retirement industry experience, Rob specializes in turning complex operational problems into scalable technology solutions. Before joining PenChecks, he held IT leadership roles including work at TPS Group, where he automated vendor data integrations and drove cross-functional technology strategy. Rob co-founded the Retirement Technology User Group (RTUG), where he serves as Chairperson, fostering collaboration among IT and operations leaders across the retirement industry.

Rob is a firm believer that seamless integration is the foundation of everything that scales in retirement tech, and that most "integrations" are just file transfers with good PR.
