Olivia Schwartz is the owner of Peak Retirement Group and has dedicated her entire career to the retirement plan industry. A graduate of the University of Dubuque with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Olivia brings both expertise and passion to helping businesses and their employees achieve retirement success. She is an active member of the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA) and the National Institute of Pension Administrators (NIPA), holding the Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA), Qualified 401(k) Consultant (QKC), and Qualified 401(k) Specialist (QKS) designations. Olivia began her career in the 401(k) recordkeeping space, gaining a strong foundation in plan administration and compliance before joining Peak Retirement Group.

Outside of her professional work, Olivia enjoys spending time with her husband and their five children, who range in age from 11 to 16. Together, they love camping, traveling, and creating memories as a family.
