Narendran “Naru” Muraleedharan is an accomplished entrepreneur and visionary technologist who has built his career on crafting elegant solutions to some of the most complex challenges in AI, automation, and engineering. With a foundation in aerospace engineering and robotics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, he has led innovation across diverse sectors—from space robotics and US military flight simulation systems to AI-powered medical diagnostics and cloud orchestration platforms.

Naru founded Stax.ai, where as CEO he has pioneered the world’s first AI-native CRM and workflow automation system tailored for retirement plan administrators (TPAs). Under his leadership, Stax.ai has scaled rapidly—earning recognition from industry investors and more than tripling its customer adoption—enabling TPAs to automate compliance, onboarding, communications, and trust accounting via AI.

Beyond Stax.ai, Naru has demonstrated prolific entrepreneurial drive. He founded Inventives Inc., a venture studio that cultivates innovation; co-founded The Ark Project, focused on preserving human legacies; and co-founded Rising Cloud, an AI-driven system for optimizing cloud resource allocation. He was also the CTO of AltExchange, a fintech alternative investments reporting platform which was acquired by iCapital in 2024.
