From co-creating the podcast of the “401(k)ouple” and the video series “Friday Afternoon, on the Couch, Bourbon Addition”, Katherine Tipper has provided pithy insights and witty replies to the dry but important topic of retirement plan consulting. As COO of Hunter Benefits, Katherine oversees the financial and management areas of the firm. She cut her teeth on managing people at a tiny startup in Seattle in the late 1980’s called Starbucks. She loved the feel of being part of a small business that was unknown but had great possibilities. She is a founding member of the Asteri Collective - a group of Retirement Plan Consultants (RPC) that is reimagining the future of the retirement industry.
