Greg Jones is the Chief Executive Officer of Professional Benefit Services (PBS), where he leads the organization’s strategy and growth across retirement and health & welfare administration. After earning a degree in Industrial Engineering, Greg began his career in aerospace manufacturing before discovering his passion for the employee benefits industry.
Over the past 16 years, Greg has built extensive experience across the third-party administration (TPA) landscape, working in sales, operations, and executive leadership roles. This diverse background has given him a comprehensive understanding of the operational, compliance, and service challenges involved in administering both retirement and health plans.
Greg also led the development and expansion of PBS’s self-funded health plan division over the past decade, helping employers gain greater control over healthcare costs and plan design. Through this work, he has developed deep insight into the complexities of the U.S. healthcare system and the strategies employers can use to manage rising healthcare expenses.
Greg is an active leader in the industry and serves on the Western Pension & Benefits Council (WP&BC) Governing Board, where he has held multiple leadership roles, including Past President and President-Elect. He is passionate about helping employers navigate the increasingly complex employee benefits landscape while delivering innovative and practical solutions.
