In every role, she successfully designed TPA, financial advisor, and top-line strategy, built successful teams, launched new products and services into the marketplace, and exceeded sales goals. A national speaker, Deb is a transformational leadership coach who has mentored hundreds of financial services professionals in their pursuit of less stress and more success in business and life through training, group coaching programs, and private coaching. Since leaving her corporate role in 2024, Deb has been consulting with and guiding institutional clients in fine-tuning their pooled retirement plan go-to-market strategies and building better tools to support the robust TPA community. She is a Certified Professional Coach, holds FINRA 7, 63, and 24 licenses, earned the CFP® designation, and is an active member of the ASPPA GAC PEP Committee and the SPARK TPA Task Force.
