Mickie Murphy, ERPA, CPC, QPA, QKC is Director of ERISA Compliance for Prime Capital Financial Retirement, providing internal consulting and support to wealth advisors working with employer retirement plans. She has spent the majority of her career serving clients directly, leading third party administration firms, consulting with employers primarily focused on qualified retirement plan design and compliance.

Her career in the retirement plan industry began before Top Heavy rules existed, giving her a deep, long-standing perspective on the regulatory landscape. Mickie is a member of and active volunteer for the American Retirement Association with both American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA) and the National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA). While she frequently speaks to advisors and plan consultants on retirement plan topics, Mickie is also a public speaker on the topic of learning resilience.
